Founder & Senior Level Involvement
Over the past 30 years, Charles has provided international advisory services, including pro bono engagements, across projects representing more than $1 billion in total value. He has also developed multiple mixed-use real estate projects representing approximately $250 million in inflation-adjusted value across the United States and the South Pacific.
From 2002 to 2008, Charles was appointed a French Foreign Trade Advisor (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur de la France) by the French government. This distinguished network brings together 4,000 business leaders and international trade experts selected for their expertise to support French exports and contribute to France’s economic development.

Maximillian began his association with Deerhorn in 2016 as an intern, conducting geographic and market research in support of international client engagements. He also contributed to the firm’s rebranding efforts. Today, Maximillian serves as an independent financial auditor and provides analytical and project support on select assignments.
Maximillian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Rochester Institute of Technology in New York. During his time at RIT, he was an active member of Phi Kappa Tau, Gamma Nu Chapter.
